Definitions

Client: Any person booking or receiving services from Debo Hair Braiding Salon.

Services: Hair braiding and related salon services offered by us.

Appointment: A scheduled time for services.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

Deposits may be required for certain styles or long appointments. Deposits are non-refundable.

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

Ensure your hair is clean, detangled, and ready for service unless shampoo service is included.

Inform your stylist of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before the appointment.

Be respectful to staff and other clients while in the salon.

Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow proper aftercare instructions.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items in the salon.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We strive to provide high-quality braiding services. Results may vary based on hair type, condition, and aftercare. We do not guarantee that styles will last for a specific period of time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the salon and on our website, if available. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States.
